🛠️ Job Responsibilities (Role-Based Overview)
1. Pipe Fabricators
- Reading and interpreting isometric drawings
- Measuring and cutting pipe to required specifications
- Working with carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy pipes
2. Structural Fabricators
- Assembling and fabricating steel structures for offshore rigs/platforms
- Welding, grinding, and rigging
3. Fire Watchers
- Monitoring hot work areas to prevent fire hazards
- Equipped with fire safety tools and quick-response knowledge
4. Certified Riggers
- Lifting and rigging heavy materials
- Must have valid rigging certifications
- Knowledge of offshore lifting safety standards
5. Spray Painters (Airless)
- Surface preparation and airless spray painting
- Painting of steel structures, tanks, and pipelines
6. Mechanical Helpers
- Assisting technicians and engineers with tools and basic tasks
- Loading/unloading equipment and ensuring cleanliness

- Proven experience in the offshore/oil & gas sector
- Relevant certifications and trade qualifications
- Good physical health and ability to work in offshore conditions
